首先要佩服一下楼主，因为有许多专业术语我从来没有听过，一开始就把我唬住了，所以想问问节点、属这些概念是哪个学科的范畴。
对于台州经济目前这一格局的形成过程，我曾经也胡乱想过，但用的是肤浅的不能再肤浅的经济学知识，现在对照楼主的这篇文章，觉得是相互补充的。但是如果单独把楼主的文章拿出来看，却是不太能够说服我的，因为楼主只是描述了一下台州各个城镇演进的结果，但是把从一产到二产的演变过程设想成一个黑箱，但恰恰是这个过程中的某些重要因素决定了哪个城镇起来，哪个城镇下去，这之间的选择可不是地理和行政因素这么简单的，更何况行政本就不是一个独立的因素，哪个地方当行政中心更多的时候是由经济来决定的。
